A Reflection for the Week

To separate the two great commandments is contrary to the Gospel.

Yet this happens.

Those who have Faith may have little or no love ,

And those who love may have no Faith.

And Thus the Gospel is torn in two.

Jesus spoke of the two great commandments.

The First – we should Love God.

The second – we should Love our neighbour.

If we want the complete Gospel we must have both.
